I just got the quest to go into the Elven Alienage. When I click on the city map to go the Elven Alienage, the path gets displayed, but the area never loads.
I have tried saving in a few different spots to see if that would help, but I can not get the area to load. Any suggestions
Here are my system specification
AMD 64 X2 6400+
2 GB RAM
GTX 460 video

This is happening to me, too. I have toshiba i7 laptop with 8gb ram and an nvidia card with 1GB. Version 1.04 of the game. Since this hasn't been addressed in 5 months, I'm wondering what can even be done.

This is a Self-help forum. The question you dug up died long ago, probably because it was posted on a weekend, and being so very incomplete, same as your question is, therefore no one paid much attention to it. The "Read First" at the time was a poorly written, poorly conceived mess of a sticky, but the OP apparently didn't read that, same as you didn't read Raen's far better, and newer "Read First".
