I tried twice to add Bioware points for some PC DLC, but both times it has crashed immediately after making my payments (on two different computers, a week apart), not giving me any points that I paid for. I'm currently going through a claim with PayPal over the first time because my emails have just been ignored. I just want to bring this to the attention of other people, DON'T BUY BIOWARE POINTS. They're a big scam anyway, since they don't allow you to pay the exact amount, but I figured I'd support the developers. Having EA steal my money on the other hand is not what I wanted to do.
I read all the posts here after writing this up, so sorry if it's a bit repetitive.
I'm probably not buying another PC game from Bioware after this, seeing how crappy the support is, how everyone here is neglected, and how they STILL HAVEN'T FIXED THE PROBLEM.
Bioware points not adding, yet I'm being charged.

I have exactly the same problem as Raiki. Only i used paysafe... And all I lost is almost as buying another game... which means a lot of money. I have receipts of paysafe. But what to do? Who to show? It is been 2 days and I see no points in my account?
Where do we complain about it? Except here and other users????
