This one is rather obscure, but Iona's daughter...amathyne i think it was. Seeing her in the alienage wondering where her mother was tore my heart out.
That's a good one, I always felt really bad for her too.

I could be wrong, but I believe they were referring to if your dwarf noble character slept with the noble hunters in the origin. My knowledge on that point is vague at best, since I never played a male dwarf noble.

From the DLC, Matthias (from Stone Prisoner), Varel, Seranni and the Dark Wolf (Awakening)
I don't know if it counts but the two companions from Witch Hunt I would also be glad to see.
Some of them would be really good, like if Shianni had toughened up as a result of Vaughn's attack, Seranni was found with the darkspawn, Mattias had toughened up to protect his daughter. Cullen or Gregoir being templars (and in one ending, Gregoir retiring to a chantry or Cullen going on the run as a mad man) could feature in a big mage/templar setting. Dark Wolf would mostly be because he seems like a mysterious and interesting character. It would be fun to recieve quests from him similar to the ones from Slim Cauldry.

I second this one. Iona's death hit my Human Noble hard, and it killed me that I couldn't do anything for her daughter.

If you play as a male dwarf noble you have the chance to father a son by a noble hunter. Later in Orzammer you can get them accepted into House Harrowmont or AeducanALVIG824 wrote...

Also, CONNOR FOR COMPANION IN DA3! Comes with built-in personal quest to wriggle out of that awkward childhood demonic pact... or condemn him to possession/a new specialization???????
...Too bad it depends on specific plot-choices from DA:O, though having a sort of Carver/Bethany situation with Connor/Rowan would be interesting.

Gorim, he was a good lad. The lyrium-crazed shopkeeper from Orzammar Commons (the name escaped me, sorry friend, I hope you've found your meal by now.)
And...
basically, all the dwarves. Fluffy angry litte creatures, one can't help one love them!
