Alistair and Anora would be a cool tie-in. I'd love Nathaniel, Anders, and Zevran to show, as it would make sense for them and seems to have been planned. Woo's suggestion of adorable Dagna would be awesome.

Wade and Herren should be in every Bioware game from now 'til eternity. At least in the DA series.

If your talking about the news reporter from Mass Effect I think this time around you'll be able to shoot her in the face at point blank range at least I hope so

Yes to both of these! I wanted a conversation option with Amethyne were I could send her to Arl Eamon's or something. Poor girl might've been all alone during the darkspawn attack and it would be lovely to see her safe and happy.
Ser Bryant too. He's probably the best templar in Origins, and proof that they aren't all jerks. If you ran into him as an NPC, it'd be good because it'd make sense that others would flee north (though I suppose a templar might stay in Lothering until the last moment to help the others). Still, it would be good to know he lived and help him in Kirkwall.

I want to see Cyrion,Soris, and Shianni again. Especially Shianni. I really grew attached to them despite their small screen time. Even if I wasn't playing a CE, I would run off to the Alienage as soon as possible just to run into the Tabris family again. But Soris moved to Highever and Shianni became the Bann/harhen of the Alienage in my epliogue, so I don't know how/why they'd be in the Free Marches.

I think though that the most likely character to return is Nathaniel Howe. He mentioned wandering the Free Marches for 9 years and spending a year in Kirkwall, so that time might overlap with Hawke's a bit.

Fiona!

She's an Elven mage and also a Grey Warden who accompanies Maric, Duncan, and a few other Grey Wardens in the novel Dragon Age: The Calling.

For those of you that have read The Calling, you'll know why I want to see more of her.

Everyone else, there are some pretty big spoilers surrounding that particular character which I'm not personally going to spoil for you, but if you really want to find out you should read the book or look her up on the Dragon Age Wikia.

Actually... you should definitely read the books, The Stolen Throne and The Calling, they're both great.
