I'm having this same problem (got a page load error right after I hit "pay now" on paypal). I emailed the address given on the receipt from paypal, customerservice@ea.com, but haven't received a response from them as yet (it's been 21 hours so far).
If anyone else has had this same problem and had it resolved through a different channel, I'd love to hear it. Otherwise I guess our only option is to open a dispute through paypal.

*sigh*...every other point thread in this forum points the person to the proper forum, *surprise* the points forum. For the love of whatever god you believe in, check recent threads and the descriptions for the forums you post in!
...as I've said many times before, there has been a significant problem with points recently. Contact EA Support (pref. Live Chat) for help in either getting your money back or the points you bought...and i would suggest being patient, as I'm sure there being flooded with similar problems...

Perhaps, but I don't think there's any need to be rude.Dsurian wrote...

Dsurian wasn't rude, imho. It's very annoying to see posts on the same topic as the thread three posts below. One should avoid creating a new topic then. This is common sense and a board rule. (Meant in general.)
On a side-note: a lot of recent threads were moved by a mod to the correct forum to help with the situation. Thx for this.
(from Site Rule 1)starting multiple topics about the same thing

Locking, as this thread is in the wrong forum. Don't hesitate to send a moderator a link to a thread if you find it is in the wrong section so that it can be moved.
