this is annoying and frustrating. i oredered my game 2 months ago. and i still dont see it in ea store after i log in. it says i have not ordered any game. i did recieve an email but i wanna fix if there is any bug or problem with the order. i wanna play the game on nov 3. i cant email them coz they ask for "which game" and DAO is not there. i saw some other topics where ppl were complaining about the same thing but i thought it temporary problem. but only 6 days till this game comes on and EA Store hasnt fix this problem. big company and big ****ty service i'd say.

You could try calling them, emailing them separately from the form you are looking at, or doing a live chat like one of our friends did!

I was told it may not show in my profile until the order ships. Sounds lame to me but I've been assured that they can see my order and it will ship on the release date.

i hate when that happens so i stopped with ea and went to other websites or maybe you should call them and see what is going on and if that doesnt work and they still say you havent pre-ordered then either pre-order it again or go somewhere else

I ordered from EA store too, I'm a bit worried myself as all my account says is order submitted and I cannot view my invoice.

Same here, so cancelled EA and went with newegg, but i think the newegg order just drop ships from EA anyways.

I can't view my invoice either, but at least my order is there. Perhaps the invoice won't show up until the game actually ships.

It was the same for me until yesterday, now my order is shown correctly, well except that there is

now an additional unsubmitted order i've never done in my account...



So it seem that they have a lot of trouble displaying correctly customers information, but at least

they have it somewhere.

There's no charge on my credit card so I guess the order get's processed and shipped on the 3rd.

I also pre-ordered from EA store a few weeks ago, and was worried as I didn't see my order in the Customer Service page.

So I looked at my Order Confirmation e-mail I received, and I noticed the following was mentioned at the bottom of the e-mail, in bold;

"PREORDER PRODUCTS

Orders placed for items not yet available will be fulfilled on the product launch date. For downloadable products, a download icon will appear on the product launch date. Physical products will be shipped and an e-mail notification will be sent to notify you that the order has been fulfilled on the product launch date."

So basically, you won't see your order on the Customer Service page until they ship it, which is at the product launch date. If you still don't see an order up there on the 4th, now that's a problem.

If you are having problems with the EA online store, *please* call them on the phone or otherwise contact them directly - the moderators/devs on this site have no access to that data, and you won't get a resolution by posting things here. (though you might feel better).

So that the shipping company can make money when we have to get overnight shipping?

EA Store didn't offer overnight shipping here in Canada, just standard. I can only hope they do release day and don't make me wait 5-10 days for the game, I live in Vancouver for heavens sake, I could walk to EA headquarters, hobnob my friends, and pick it up myself =/

I always preorder games from gamestop as they have it on your doorstep the same day it's released if you opt for overnight shipping. Plus I've never had any problem with them. It costs more than just downloading the game, but I like having that hard copy.

Same here, only I'm on the island. In retrospect it probably would have been a better idea to just go out and buy it on the third.

Would have, but I wanted the Collectors Edition. By the time I tried to pre-order, EB was sold out across Canada. EA Store was my only recourse

Yeah I wanted the CE too and I figured I'd never get it in a store which led me to pre order in the first place. I figure it will take a week to get to me which fills me with sads.

EA should offer digital download for pre-order customers if they aren't going to do same-day. Would be the nice thing to do.

How long ago did you order it? I placed my order back on August 28th myself and I have the same message in my e-mail that you posted there PorcelynDoll. I was just saying I am hoping what Nedaroth posted is true
