Just came back from game store and if i had the xbox i would be playing right now. There selling them right now. They just got the xbox ones in so far.

Well I am going to at least screw with their live chat employees 10-15 more times until my order ships, passes time fairly quickly watching their amazingly clever responses.



It has been 9 days since I placed my order. How long does it take a major software company to fix a glitch in their customers account page through their website? I would like to be able to know the status of my order without having to call or do a live chat and getting a different response every time.

Lisa: Our engineers are working on it and once the game gets released you will see it in order history.

Actually Lisa is one of the better CS reps i dealt with myself.  I got a straight answer when i asked if my order went into proccessing and she asked for my e-mail and looked it up and said it was.

I don't remember taking any special shipping method option, but i don't think there was many choice for Canada anyway, that may explain that there is no tracking number, ... regular mail services?...:unsure:

I'm under the impression that it'll be a separate E-mail that you get on the release date.

I ordered from the EA store also, CE edition physical copy. For a week it was being processed, I was finally able to submit a question to them 2 days ago asking why I had no estimated shipping date. I tried calling them, got an automated message saying they were having technical difficulties. Anyhow I received a reply saying that it will be shipped on the release date, the next email I had was it was shipped and it had a tracking number... so long story short.. they do not have a clue what they are doing. It had shipped before they replied to me.

CS Reps have no idea when something is going to ship thats not their department so they give what they do know is it'll ship on the release date.

I just ask EA CS myself regarding that and he said that the Preorder item code will be sent out in an e-mail on the release date which is november 3.

Well, I've been trying to get back $120 from the EA store when they charged my credit card for the BioWare Edition of Dragon Age back in January.  I'm still trying.  So it certainly can take them a long time.  Worst customer service experience ever.  I knew their digital download service was garbage, but apparently shipping boxed products is beyond the capabilities of Digital River too.

Well of course they can tell you if your order is in processing, Mines been in processing for 4 days. I simply wanted to know why their site does not work correctly. As long as they have a cookie cutter response set up , they do fine, that doesn;t mean they aren't worthless for genuine questions. During my convo with lisa I got 3 different answers on when my game was going to ship, all their reps are worthless as well as their site.

EA CS Reps have no idea when any orders are going to ship. So regardless of who you are going to get when you contact EA CS you'll get the standard answer of it'll ship when the game is released.

Got my shipping confirmation email yesterday. After telling them on thursday I was tired of the crap and to cancel my order. Best part, my expected delivery date is 2 November. WTF?

I avoid the EA store, physical and digital like the plague. Only ordered one thing, the expansion to BF2142, and that was screwed up majorly.



Lesson learned, business taken elsewhere.

I have to agree with the above poster. Service at the EA store is like pulling teeth.

I Pre-ordered the game about a month ago. It was billed to me the same day (dunno why being that is a preorder)  and my bank accepted it but I could not access it through the EAStore website.  Emailed tech support a few days later  and tried confirm my order and they told me it was confirmed, but they were waiting on my bank to accept the bill.

My bank had cleared the charges and the EAStore basically wouldnt accept my money and refused to help me with an order status or give me any reason I could not view my order or make changes to it. I told them to cancel the order but two days ago I got an email saying it had shipped.  Tracking it through UPS for the last 2 days and it has never moved from Billing Info recieved and they rebilled my bank account.... but the bank is still waiting for the EAStore  accept my money.......

Seems like they just dont want my money or my business. I will not  do business through the EA Store again.

Noop, I stayed clear from that, find it less secure. If you're Singaporean/in Sg like me, it's safer to pre-order from Comic Connection, Challenger or Cyber Active retail outlets. Just check out the ea.com.sg web on how to pre-order.



If u insist on digital dwnload, den go with Steam.

ah but i already did placed an order for the Digital deluxe edition, i didn't have any problems with other games from eastore so i'm pretty fine with it and i have also never experience a preload from EA..so i'm kinda clueless when it will happen and how it will happen.

EA store send me an email that DA: CE for PC has been shipped with UPS tracking numbers in my email on Oct 30th. My UPS after i input my tracking number shows I should get DA: CE tomorrow and on time for delivery as it showed for Nov 2nd.:)
