Lol at comments. They explain thoroughly how the customer service of ea store fails. I wish bioware and ea store reresentative see these responses and ask themselves WTF r they doing?

Got my shipping confirmation from EAstore....checked on the UPS site and the delivery is scheduled for the 2nd...but the funny thing is...it says my order history is empty ?

Did you pay for standard or overnight shipping?

Mine was 'shipped' on the 30th but I have no updated information. Still says Billing Information Received. Does this mean my hopes are dashed for getting it Tuesday?

My order somehow disappeared yesterday but it's there back again now. They've yet to charge me anything and I've no idea when can I start downloading. I asked one of the guys in customer service about whether this was normal and he said it was.



Needless to say this is most likely the last time I make any purchase directly from the EA store.

I just checked UPS and it shows that it's arrived in my town but the "Delivery Date" of today has been changed to "Rescheduled Delivery Date" of tomorrow. What's the deal with that? They're going to sit on it for a whole day? Ugh!

They may have tags that say do not deliver before November 3rd. Try calling to pickup.

Potential bad news. EA rep told me my order may not have shipped yet since it still says Billing Information Received. That means no release date delivery.... potentially....

Edit: My tracking information FINALLY updated and it looks like the EA Rep was half right. They did just pick it up today but it still has a delivery date of 11/3.

I just chatted with EA Store Rep(Loser).
Same old Scripted BS answeres. I say how do I cancel order, after he tells me thiere was problems prossesing my card(Even though my card shows it as Pending, meaning they are holding the money for EA STORE), he says I can't until I get a shipping email, then I can cancel.
I say what happens if I get the email and by time I try to cancelle it has shipped....no answere
I say if you are having problems with my card(which I find out through CC comapny they are not!) I will never get a ship email, my CC will still have money sit aside that I can not use. I go buy it at a reliable store and then suddenly It ships and now Im stuck with 2 or have to go thru the hell of sending it back to you?....no reply let it sit for 5 mins, no reply GOD I HATE EA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was told by EA CS if you preorder it late then it'll take a while longer to ship.  If they can't cancel it then in it the processing stage and is getting ready to ship.
