anyone trying to reach EA customer service and cant please call 1-650-628-1001 between 7:00am and 7:00pm pacific time I don't know if this works outside the states but I called took all of about 15minutes and everything is fine. Hope this helps you.

I pre ordered on September 12, 2009 I guess we will see tomorrow if I get a shipping notice. At any rate though I doubt it will get to me on the 3rd.

I had the same problem (ordered on Oct. 8, order doesn't show up on the "View recent order history..." link) and used their email support. It took a bit of back-and-forth, but they finally confirmed that my pre-order is OK and should go through when the game is released (I wonder if I should take a screenshot of their answer just in case though...).

Careful voicing or showing disdain or making remarks that the customer service people of EA that dont resemble "I was so frustrated and pissed off and yet I was overcome with joy and bliss and told them if my order was wrong all is well that I didnt care if my money wasted, Thank you sooooo much EA customer service you're the most well trained people in the world", if it doesnt resemble that then may want to not voice it amongst all the divine people here. Staylost excluded.

pre-order from somewhere like EB games or Movie Gallery. Then, they need the physical product in store on launch date so you dont pay for shipping :D

I was actually worried about this as well.  I called the support number and a nice young man confirmed that my order had indeed been placed and would be shipped on time.  I even received an email support ticket with this information.  Try calling. :)

EB sold out of pre orders across canada over a week ago. For the CE at least.

wow I really wonder how you go along and DON'T see the dragon age option?

Srry that its so hard to see but the dragon age option under games is RIGHT before Facebreaker or whatever its called

Srry just so many ppl said they don't have it and they do.
To get this fixed witht he issue ur haven TC is just click on email them and fill it out how u see is right than either do a live chat if it allows it or email them, this happend to me and i got it fixed

Well thats odd have you tried just setting the system to 360? Maybe there is a diff there for some reason?:/

I also orderd from EA and am hopen to all hell....i mean heaven that they ship it to use BEFORE the 3rd

A simple 5 minute "live chat" with an EA rep let me know that even though My account page says I have no orders, That my order is indeed still there and being processed. The rep also told me that I will receive the game in my hands by the release date. Excellent customer service in my opinion. Their site may be a bit buggy which can be annoying but customer service for buyers smart enough to contact EA directly is spot on.

Thats exacaly what they told me when I chatted with them O.O  But I wonder, does that mean no matter what shipping you have it on or what? I have it on overnight shipping or whatever the 1-3 day on is, yet they never asked just said I would have it on the 3rd which is odd to me cuz that means they must ship it BEFORE the 3rd??

same here tho i had to wait like 10mins-_- that and it was  tad longer but yes they are OK but I have just had to many times where they sucked to help me and accually cut me off on the chat before O.O

ill b disapointed if i not recive it by tuesday =[...coz i would have paid 10$ more for shipping to recieve it on tuesday but they never asked...i m paying 8$ for shippping anyway.

I just spoke with an EA rep and I the release date from their store is November 3rd. I was told we will not have it on release date that it will ship November 3rd. I also asked them to lookup the sku on nedaroth's post and have been told it's bogus. The release date for that sku is November 3rd. Make of that what you will.

For those who are having it shipped, consider the digital download version from direct2drive.com . It comes with all the extras (add-ons) Except the paper map which in my eyes isn't exactly that great. You can even get the Prima guide with it for 5 dollars more. It will be available for download at 10 am November 3rd via download manager so you can play that day.

EA direct customer service might the good, but their web service is total, utter crap. There's no input/warnings of the site's security protocols nor safeguards. My credit card got flagged as fraud but I got no warning of this, only a site message to try again. So, I did try again and again. When I then contacted their support service they told me I tried too many times and now I'm unable to shop from them *permanently*, unless I create a new account and add a new email.

They're unable to alter the situation; not even remove my *fraudulent* credit card from my main email. With this kind of web service, I'm actually glad to be unable to purchase from them directly. It seems that I'll still be able to purchase DA:O's DLC from the in-game service, and that's all I needed.

It doesn't seem they're going to rectify their web service any time soon, and EA support people do recognize how crappy that service is...
