[FKSSR]

I pre-ordered from EA Store as well, but I assume they will be fine in fulfilling. They own Bioware after all. If any place has more copies to sell (or direct access to distribution), I would think it would be EA. Good to know people here are getting confirmations, though.

odd. mine still says "no orders". starting to think i may need to contact EA customer support. ugh.

Yea i had the same issue but was told when i intially asked about it that my order was placed successfully and will be getting it on the on release or few days after and the 2nd time i asked about that no order  i was told don't worry you'll get the game when its released.

I wouldn't worry.  Just a glitch in their system.  But since i complained i'm hoping it'll appaer perhaps in another day.

I'm hoping the same thing myself I ordered the game back in August and I haven't seen anything in the order queue or anything just a no orders message.

I can confirm that my order is also "In process" where yesterday it was "Order Submitted". Doubt EA would break its own street date, but time was many years ago where pre-orders actually DID get the game early.



I mean, at 15 gb the pirates will have a hell of a time getting ahold of it if it gets to us 1-2 days early...



Perhaps we may have a surprise coming...

I just got done talking to an EA rep. Seems my order is there just fine. However for the day it being shipped she was unsure, she said it should ship tomorrow or Friday so it can arrive on Tuesday, or at least Wednesday at the latest.

had a similar chat conversation.  confirmed my pre-order from back in August was "successful" but could not confirm what date they would actually ship the game.  he hinted that they were intending to ship prior to Nov 3 date so they would arrive on or near that date but did not commit to that statement in any way.  as of today, the credit card i used shows no charges.

im just glad my order isnt lost.  getting it a few days late may not be all that bad.  that way i will have it just in time to download the inevitable 4GB patch to fix all the install/performance problems certain to be uncovered on the release date.  optimism FTW

Well my order is in process which makes me happy. Still getting a server error when I try to view my invoice though. I guess it is shipping today or tomorrow?

I also get the server error when trying to view the invoice. The other strange thing is that two other order numbers have shown up (in addition to the DAO order) that have no product info. What a horrible site - hopefully they won't muck up our orders...

Same thing happened to me. Took me 2-3 days for their customer service to respond to me but they assured me my order is fine. I wanted to look at shipping and such but after the hassle I figured heck with it.



Last time I'll shop the EA store. The Bioware store on the other hand was amazing.

Apparently my order was "Flagged" as being "High Risk" due to me accidentally putting a 2 at the end of my name (For example, John Smith2 vs. John Smith)...force of habit, as all my logins at work and abroad end in 2. Stupid me, but I called today and they could only change the shipping name, since the order was "Processing", and they said they cleared it because they could tell I just made a stupid mistake. That being said, I hope my credit card company feels the same way and doesn't decline it.

Okay just went through EA Support again and finally found out why some people orders aren't showing up on their EA accounts. Its a technical problem on their end that they are trying to fix.

I don't  know if mine is in processing stage yet or not But when i talked to a costumer service rep this morning he mention something about your order is process. I'm not sure if that means its being processed or not.
