Well apparently its a technical error on EA's end that causes the problems thats at least what i found out when i talked to them this morning.
As long as you got your order confirmation e-mail i wouldn't worry.

From my understanding of ordering online, EA could already have it ready for it to be pick up by currier in the middle of the day and you won't get the its been shipped e-mail until later on that evening.

Posted a phone number in the thread that you can call and get things answered takes all of about 15 minutes. Its at the top of page 2.............

so stupid system..why the **** would i wanna pre order if i dont recieve it on 3rd nov....the reason i preordered was becasue i didnt wanna go to eb games and finding out "oh all all sold out"....why would any1 pre order? :S

I don't have a problem with getting the game on the 4th or the 5th. I'm worried just about getting the darn thing, since I can't even check order status or anything on their site.

I meant EA can decide to ship out the orders on the release day and have people wait longer. Check not every online game store ships preorders earily to get them to arrive on day of release.
Not everyone that preordered will get it on november 3rd especially if there is a large volume of orders. I was told its first come first serve. If you preordered it late you'll get it later.

Yea i know the best way to avoid that is click on login from the costumer service page under my stuff then after that click on view order history. The whole game store is bugged. I even got certficates errors ocasionally.

I pre-ordered the collector's edition on monday or tuesday of this week. I know I was a bit late coming to the party, but I figured I have time. The order is not showing up on the website under my previous orders, but I did get a confirmation email.
So I called them. I wanted to confirm that they recieved it and everything was OK. He said they did, it's being processed, and will be shipped so I can recieve on or near the release date. Awesome.
today, still nothing on their website. Go to the live chat, the rep tells me that the order still hasn't processed, but won't tell me what the hold up is. Says to wait another 24 hours (I've already waited 3 days...) and it should process by then. Also says that it will be shipped OUT on the launch date, IF it's processed.
The best part? He tells me that if the order's not processed by tomorrow, to cancel it and re-order. Nevermind that the collector's edition is starting to sell out, and who knows how long i'll have to wait for THAT to process...
Goddamn, what the hell is going on?

go to EA Costumer support not ea store costumer support then click on e-mail then select what ever system and dragon age origin either DA:O or DA:O CE depending which you ordered then select ea store then order change/cancellation/status then click live chat.
But its only open 7am to 7pm pacific.
