when i just checked it said 7am to 7pm CST, not PST.

Someone i talk to online that ordered his on the 18th just had his ship.   I ordered mine on the 24th nothing yet.

Just got my confirmation email and traking number.. Now just need to find who is shipping to canada to track my package.

I can confirm that I received an email tonight stating that my order has been shipped. As I live in Vancouver, I do wonder if I shall see it before the weekend =O

Anyone know who the canadian shipper is? The statement didn't say.

I just pinged their support and will wait. The ea site might be garbage but the staff are amazing if you are polite they realy want to help you out. I really feel for them as I am sure they hear it all day that teh ea site is bad.

I think they are shipping first international like Canada since we could only pick 3-5 shipping. US had 1-2 day so they will ship (my theory) friday or monday. To get to canada I assume they have to cross the border and that means some delay for custom so they will try to ship first so that we all get them close to the 3rd. Again my theory.

Not sure EA would have warehouses in Canada but I could be worng,.  Would not be the first.  This is worse that waiting for christmas...

Dude, EA has 3 major offices in Vancouver, not to mention Bioware itself is Canadian. They have warehouses here, trust me, I've been in them

Like someone said eariler in the thread preorder garentees you a copy but doesn't garentees you'll have it by release.  Its first come first serve.  Your order  may take a few extra days or be shipped out.
