I ordered the 26th, and have yet to see anything on their site.  I've gotten the email confirmation of my order, but nothing else.  And when i ask about it, no one can tell me anything helpful.  I've had one person tell me it was held up by my financial institution.  Talked to the bank and the payment was cleared on the 26th.  Talked to another guy at EA support and he said that it's only showing that because it's a pre-order that won't be charged until it ships.    Totally useless support over there, because I don't know who to listen to.

Just got my shipping conformation.



Ordered on Sept. 15th, the CE edition with the free shipping option.



Played trial and error with the shipping companies and the tracking #. Mine is coming through UPS with 2nd day air to Arizona. It doesn't say where it is coming from yet



Hopefully, this will help everyone gauge when theirs may come.

I also paid for regular shipping and it's going UPS 2nd Day Air. Despite the HORRIBLE online store and multiple signins if the EA Store gets me my order with all the right stuff on release date I will definitely buy again.

Enough people showing up this afternoon with shipping emails that I'm wondering if their shipments didn't go out today, there's just delays in updating their system. At least, that's what I hope...

I payed for expedited and it's going out Next Day Air by UPS. Since they don't ship on Saturdays to my knowledge, I may get it Monday.

I just got mine and its with next day air^_^ knowing i could have saved about 15 more dollars if i went with normal shipping and if i knew it was gonna be that everyone else gets next day air kinda blows but oh wells, the only thing that stinks is that IF i comes on monday i have a dentist appointment than:(

My order is now in the processing stage according to ea CS (finally someone that is helpful).

Its a matter of when the Currier picks up the order and when EA updates the status of the order.

Yeah that's definitely not true. I ordered on the 26th of October and got mine shipped today. However, I would bet if you paid for one day shipping you won't see an email till Monday.

Tomorrow? I doubt it. They didn't pay for Saturday delivery (I asked, although the rep could have been wrong.) Monday is a possibility assuming they don't have those nasty "Don't Deliver Before" stickers.

well I paid for next day air and it shipped today and I checked with ups and fed ex and they both said saturday delivery is open till 8:00pm in my area. I live in a farming community and provided it gets here tonight or tomorrow morning I will receive it tomorrow. double checked the tracking number and that is the estimated arrival time. But if it comes monday morning I really dont care as I am retired and dont have to go to work or school.

Yeah, I got the bank-holding-funds message from them twice, and confirmed with my bank that the charge went through and were cleared on the day it was ordered.  Turns out that's their canned message because it's a pre-order that hasn't yet been processed.
