I know the Imports are DA:O>DA:A>GoA>and WH but i wanna know whats Save to import, Do i load the last auto-save or a manuel save be for the last boss so to speak?

I would say the latest save. Now whether that's a manual save or an autosave for you, I have no idea. If memory serves the saves all have a playing time anyway, so you can figure it out that way.
