I notice after a while with using Kasumi that sometimes, (I would say at least once or twice every mission), she would get stuck and just freeze until she dies or is reset while using her ability.  I took a picture to show what it looks like when this happens:

It's nothing big or game breaking but just putting it out there for everyone to know about.

I also came across some werid graphic texture gltich for the first time as well today, which is better described in this picture:

I was able to fix this problem by just simply exiting the game and restart it.

I've been working on my 2nd playthrough today and been saving and backing up my saves on my iPod every 2-3 hours just to be safe.  But it's like you find a new glitch every day on this game lol.  Can't wait to see what I find next...
