Logged on to livechat, uploaded two screenshots of my paypal transactions and the issues were fixed in 30 seconds... good work there.

I too had a similar problems. Took less than 20 minutes to fix (With queue time included). The person at the other end was most helpful.

Yep live chat is surely the way to go.
I ordered 1600 points and never recieved them. 15 minutes in live chat and the person at the other end added them manually.

I tried this.. and they couldn't help.. they just say it's paypals fault.. and that I should ask them...?.. and the same reason my credit cards wont work either.

Just providing my endorsement for the link as well and a thank you for the OP posting it.
I contacted EA live support and provided them with a copy of my paypal receipt and he manually added my points for me. Literally less than 5min in the chat with him. It was a surprisingly painless endeavor, something I wouldn't have expected from a customer service situation and from EA no less... Who knew?

just used the live chat service, worked out great! took me about 5 minutes and my problem regarding bioware points not showing up was solved!

I recently purchased another 800 bioware points to get the Overlord DLC among other things and instead of buying them off of bioware's site I went directly to the EA store. Purchasing them there didn't result in my points not showing up. In about an hour my points were on my account and I got my DLC.

For those people who, like me, found themselves unable to login to LiveChat due to their login details being refused over and over, I found a workaround.
If you put your email address in as your screen name, it should work fine.

Totally agree. I used a paysafecard to purchase 400 points, didn't show up. Went onto the chat room (one-to-one chat) and after about 1 - 2 minutes... problem solved. I got my points ^^.
