I hate how in order to help her with her problems you have to romance her.

Because if that's the case, she's never going to get help and I might as well have her thrown out of the airlock.

How do you know you haven't helped her non-romance, seems to me that showing her a little respect will help her plenty in the long run.

You help bring her closure, which is a big deal for her.  She states her appreciation for this, in her own way, whereas before, she wouldn't give you the time of day, only curse at you.  Also, she admits that the other children at Teltin had it just as bad as her, or even worse.

Jack's awesome. And you don't need to romance her to help her. Blowing up the Teltin facility helps her. You do need to romance her to get past her barriers, yeah, but you're not doing that to help or fix her. I don't think there is any fixing Jack.

I think Jack has a beautiful face, probably the most beautiful face in the game. Her tattoos are oddly pretty, like an interesting fabric print. Not crazy about her hair or the 'harness', but by and large I would say yes, she is attractive.

If she was real I would be kinda afraid of her extreme behavior but she has a soft side to her if you can get past the body art. I wouldn't have the patience in real life she has a hard outer shell.

Striking is a good word.  I'm quite glad I didn't look up any information on the game prior to playing it, as when Jack's cell was opening I was expecting some kind of Schwarzenegger Terminator lookalike.  Namely, I was expecting a male.  I was quite shocked upon seeing the contents of the cell.

I don't get it, are you saying that people won't notice Jack because Miranda is 'better looking'? Because, uh.. sorry, on my list of 'hottest people on the Normandy', Miranda ranks last for me. I've paid more attention to random nameless crew members on deck than I have Miranda.
