Firstly I am a massive ME and Me2 fan and have ME3 on Preorder
I have all the Dragon Age and addons and have had no issue with DLC before
On
the 16th January 2011 I paid for 800 Bioware points and the site was
having issues so I logged on again and did the same, the site bombed
again so I though hey maybe its my PC so I logged on the site on another
PC and again tried to purchase 800 points to get the Lair of the
Shadowbroker this seemed to go throughand I still havent had my Bioware
points added , I checked Paypal and my bank and the funds have been
taken
I have emailed Bioware including the details of all 3
transactions by Paypal and as they have not responded have emailed EA
and they have not responded so on 25th January I actioned a dispute on
Paypal and I still have not had any contact
What type of service is this that I am receiving ???
I buy games regularly and love Bioware and EA games but this whole experience is leaving a very bitter taste in my mouth
Please Bioware sort my DLC out it has been over 2 weeks !!../../../../images/forum/emoticons/sad.png
Bioware whats going on ?Paid for DLC 3 times and still not recieved
