My playstyle is pretty much decimating my foes and fighting toe to toe with big colossus enemies i don't like to camp a and just hide behind walls i want pure action
I played through vanguard before and i loved it and is pretty much my favorite class of all time
Now on my next playthrough i need to choose between Adept or Sentinel
i really need help on which one to choose cool biotic powers and combos or a pure badass tech armor that will make me harder to kill

Any tips or suggestions on which one i should choose???Image IPB

If you prefer to be an almost invincible tank - play Sentinel. If you like biotic powers to control the battlefield - play Adept. Sentinel is arguably the easiest CQC class, but being hard to kill requires TA spamming, not leaving much room to use other powers (you don't really need anyways). Adepts (like all classes) work well in CQC, but they are less durable and are not very forgiving. Sentinels can make mistakes and survive, Adepts cannot.

Adepts are perhaps the most rewarding CQC class. Very risky - expect to die often, but thrashing the field and somehow survive is awesome, best ME2 experience for me.

Depending on how you intend to play, Sentinel is possibly the most flexible as you have the option of agressive play and longer range casting and personally I found playing Sentinel aggressively earlier on was more efficient than casting earlier on as you're able to max Tech Armour very early whereas trying to balance all the other powers and TA makes you feel weaker until you've progressed a lot further into the game.

Adepts on the other hand are fustrating to play agressively imo, took shotguns on a playthrough and had a rough time and eventually caved in and decided to use the GPS which meant I could stay at range which I feel is the Adept's best position in combat.

P.S  @thisisme just watched your Sentinel videos and feel convinced to do another Sentinel run next thanks to you freezing and launching fools all over the place, so kudos! ;)

Unfortunately I'm only human, and so unable to give an unbiased opinion... ;)
Adept all the way!

Yeah, when I started playing CQC Adept I died a lot (more than when I started using Charge) and I still die on a regular basis (about once each mission - playing Adept). Should the moment arive when I don't die anymore I stop playing ME2. I consider dying to be a good thing. You learn from your mistakes and only by trying new things and dying doing so will improve your overall gameplay and will determine the limitation what can and cannot be done.

I can not play cqc adept.  I have a shotgun engineer but they have combat drone.  On my adept I start panicing when enemies with defenses advance on me.  Singularities great but it's not always the best tool for cqc
