Hi,
I have recently had to buy a new xbox because my old one died. So I transfered all of my old content onto my new xbox, and was attempting to load my DAO saved game and could not because "the Blood Dragon Armour content is corrupt and cannot be used." It says to please re-download and try again. I tried to re-download the file, but the code has been expired since last year, so it will not work. Now I am unable to load any of my saved games because the file cannot be accessed.

Not much I can help you with, but I'll throw in a few thoughts.
Are you sure that redownloading isn't possible? Once you've redeemed the code it should be tied into your account anyway; check in 'Your registered game promotions'. Obviously the code would not work again as it is only a one time use code.
Have done the content license transfer? If not I'd suggest that as well. http://www.xbox.com/...eMigration/Home
Have you got a flash drive or some external storage you can move your current Blood Dragon armour download to? (I had a similar problem with some bonus items and moved them to an old HD, transferred them back, redownloaded, but it was redownloading that sorted it in the end.)

How do I go about redownloading it without the code? When I access it in my storage it just has the option to copy, paste, or delete. Also I tried transferring my content licenses but during the process
I encountered an error and was unable to finish downloading them so I have contacted microsoft support for help with that matter. And as for the last suggestion that was pretty much the step that I did today. I copied the info from my old hard drive onto a flash drive and then put it onto my new xbox.

The Blood Dragon armour is already registered to your account. Have you checked in the 'Your registered game promotions' tab as I suggested? If it's not despite having redeemed it, then I believe you've got a more serious problem. If it is, then you should be able to redownload.
As I said I can't help you, but I am making suggestions.
Now I'll ask you another question: How are you trying to (re)download it? Direct from XBox Live or from the game menu?
Most items can be downloaded again (a generalisation from experience). It should just be a matter of clicking the button to download it again; hence my suggestion to move your current Blood Dragon armour elsewhere, so the game sees that it's not there, which should allow you to just download it again.
