LIVE: Shepherd, Jack (Subject Zero), Liara, Garrus, Tali, Joker, Anderson, Legion, Chakwas, Rupert (The cook/Janitor), Kent and Gabby (Or just Kent, you know...), All original crew members from the first Normandy not mentioned.

DON'T CARE: everyone else.

Die: Udina ( thrown as bait, or just a really pointless death, mwhahaha), Anderson ( in a glorious self-sacrifice ), the turian councilor ( same fate as Udina), Conrad ( but he must suffer a really brave and selfless death, to show the people he's really the hero he always wanted to be )...

I also want the Big Ben Guy to suffer a heroic death...

Shepard: "Ben, get the Hammerhead back over here!"
Ben: "Can't do Commander. This is the only bullet we've got left, and it's supposed to go throw a head to be any worth."
Harbinger: "Resistance is futile, human!"
Ben: "Futile this, bughead!"

EDIT: Oh, to add on Die: Grunt and Wrex. But in a bad ass final stand...



Thing is, ME3 is doomsday... It's kinda impossible to save everyone, but to save as many, many must make the ultimate sacrifice... That's why, if there are deaths prepared for people, let them be epic lol... 
Anyway, I guess that's what ME3 is about anyway... heavy losses, but THE PRIZEE!!!1

I firmly believe that the character ME2 should die and ME1 should live.  ME1 was my favorite character,  I hated ME2.
