Hmm, the ending to the Fountain is probably my favourite.. There's quite a lot that I like though...
-Bruce Lee's underground fight in Enter the Dragon
-Rutger Hauer's final moments in Blade Runner
-Anchorman, the news team ASSEMBLE! scene, the glass-case-of-emotion scene, and the flute solo
-When you first see Kaneda's bike gang on the road in Akira
-Asuka's fight in End of Evangelion
-The last duel in ROTJ
-Yoda and Palpatine's duel
-Gandalf's freefall with the Balrog
-Beowulf's speech when fighting Grendel
-A lot of the "story" shots in The Fall
-The cavern kiss in The Goonies - I had a big crush on her when I was a kid XD
-A History of Violence, when Mortenson beats the crap out of those guys when they come to his house
-Last Samurai, when you first see the samurai in the forest, and when the Samurai make their final charge
-The Matrix, when Neo learns to fight for the first time
-Oldboy, the corridor fight scene
-Sunshine, all of the big Sun shots
-Terminator 2, the last fight between the two terminators
-Stargate, when Dr Jackson touches the stargate for the first time

I always have a hard time picking a single anything when it comes to Movies, so I'll go for a couple:
-The Joker talking to Harvey Dent/Two-Face in the Hospital in The Dark Knight
-Pretty much any scene in "V for Vendetta"
-When Capt Renault closes down Rick's American Cafe for gambling in Casablanca
-Clark Gable and Claudette Colbert trying to hitch-hike in "It Happened One Night"

It's a long scene but a great one. This movie has some great perspective on classism in Korea and the different ways of life of rich and poor. For anyone interested in a deep and meaningful movie that's not just explosions and guys yelling i reccomend it.

i cant find an online clip of it, but the maelstrom scene from pirates of the carribean 3 is one of the most impressive special effect scenes i've ever seen.
