Bioware Points not registering after purchase

I have a PayPal Receipt for 1200 BW points I bought on 2/3 and it shows as a transaction here but my balance here still shows 240. Who and how do I contact someone to rectify this?

I have the exact same problem for a purchase of bioware points made yesterday - 2/5.
I have e-receipts from paypal but no added points. The transactions are listed as "pending" in my account

My PayPal was charged three times, and the points only appear in my account for one of them. For me this occurred back on Jan 30th, 2011.
