How does the original intention of the quarians matter? they may not have wanted to create intelligence but they did, now they have to deal with it. But instead of raising a well adjusted child, that grows up to be productive member of society they tried to kill it, majorly f*****g it up and turning it into an anti social sociopath.

You are either an entity or you are not. You are either a tool without any thought or will or sense of self or any degree of awareness, or you are. This isn't about viewpoint. Once you have sapience, you are by inherent virtue of that sapience possessing autonomy.

You seem to not understand the meaning of the word "intrinsic." I think I'm done here as this is just going to go in circles. I suggest picking up a dictionary and a philosophy book or two so you can get down the basics.

The face was a gentle way of me thinking, "you're actually condoning genocide because it was a mistake" and from my point of view that's pretty messed up.
The children reference is because thats closest comparison i can think of for the geth. Sure they may not have been created with the intention of life, just like the parents didn't have sex to have a kid, but they both got what they got, yet you agree it's wrong to kill the child but the genocide of an entire species is ok?

Genocide is specific word for the intentional destruction of an entire species/race, theres no standards. You can argue all you want about whether or not genocide is wrong/immoral, and thats perfectly valid.
