What feat or flag triggers the really awesome aura that the PC gets if they consume The Faceless Man? It isn't the feat it gives, since that persists if exported without the visual aura. I was debating planning out a MotB continuation based on the evil ending. No promises, of course, but it would basically encapsulate the events of the epilogue, but with multiple endings forking off the battle the epilogue talks about.
The campaign would be vengeance-taking and legend-building, including a visit to our dear friend Rammaq (or Kelemvor, decision with tomes depending) to retrieve some information. Some way to reach level 40 or even 50 would be helpful as well, since a level 30 chartacter cannot be expected to have any reasonable impact against multiple gods, and would probably be slain by the Lich Queen when destroying the Githyanki home plane. Not really sure if that's doable though.
What produces the "demi-god" aura around the PC for the evil ending?

there's been a lot of talk about continuing levels beyond 30 .. don't think a consensus has been reached, but you might want to ask down in Custom Content or Toolset .. i imagine it could be facsimilied (faked) with extensive scripting that increases Abilities, Save DCs, etc. good idea tho!
