If you don't mind not being able to take off the helmet, the Blood Dragon armour has a high power damage bonus, 15%. Inferno is similar, but has a 10% bonus.
Apart from that, there's combining N7 armour parts - for power damage there's the N7 chest plate with +3% and the Amplifier Plates for another 5% power damage. And if you have it, the Umbra Visor for another 5%.

Dragon Armour is hilliariously out of place but quite effective.

IMHO it's hard to really notice a difference. I mostly go for the looks.

I do wish they'd remove helmets for cutscenes... its so stupid sometimes.

I thought power damage had nothing to do with Biotics or Tech?

If it didnt, what did you think it meant?

Because the Inferno? Armour mentions Biotics and Tech powers so why seperate it from 'power' if it does practically the same thing.

I think this is especially true for [Assault] Sentinels with their incredible resilience.  I just finished an Assault Sentinel while wearing the Kestrel Armor and Strength Boost Pads for the needlessly high shields and improved melee damage.

For Adepts, though, I would recommend a similar setup.  If you choose not to get into close combat, forego the Strength Boost Pads in favor of the Kestrel shoulder pieces.  Alternatively, I hear the Blood Dragon Armor is nice.

I think the blood dragon is stylish too... does that count? I just wish I could do something about the helmet, that's all!

So blood dragon armor is still better than all the other armor even dlc armor?

It's your call. I don't use the Blood Dragon Armor because I don't value power damage increases as highly as I do shields and melee damage increases.

That's an odd way for Adept to play. Shield and melee bonuses are much more useful to Vanguard. Still, whatever works for you and makes it fun is the right way to do it.

I'd suggest dragon armor, if not that then piecemeal together an N7 set with power damage and cooldown bonuses. The options are quite few, tbh. Hopefully there will be more variety with equipment in ME3.

I like to play aggressively.  This isn't for everyone, obviously.  And the Adept isn't exactly built for aggressive play in the same way that the Vanguard is, as you pointed out.

I avoid additional power damage because I feel my powers do enough damage as it is, sometimes even too much.  I can't be the only Adept player that has accidentally killed an opponent that he or she intended to use for another purpose (Warp bomb or Biotic plaything).

Really within reason, whatever you like.

Kestrel torso and arms are good general purpose things.
Strength boost pads are a must for me (especially if you intend to engage in cqc and melee often).
Personally I prefer the stimulator conduits because they look good, and offer a little boost to the sprint.

This. Except the melee boosting pieces (Kestral pieces, Strength Boost Pads) since there is no other way to adjust your melee damage. If you like melee, use those. Otherwise, go for looks.
