I just redeemed the Sir Issac armor but i need to link my gamertag with it when DA2 comes out, but i can'
t figure out how, can someone help me please?

Click this link: https://profile.ea.com/myprofile.do and go to "Add Persona." Once you've linked a gamertag to your EA/BSN Account, it cannot be linked to another.

I went to the site and added my xbox gamertag but it says that it has already been taken..... how could that be?

Because you've played another EA game online and thereby automatically associated your Gamertag with some pre-existing EA account. You will need to contact EA live support to move it.

Is there an email account that i can contact because i looked up the contact us page and its WAY too complicated i would like to just email them

oh........ well then this is really garbage, i wish they would just let you download the armor on xbox itself, this is too much of a hassle, such a waste
