Even of this was from a Mac. Still, not impressed but then again I didn't love Origins for its graphics.
I guess we'll take a better look ourselves when live chat happens or the demo~

I like that the colors are actual colors and not just various shades of brown or green. Like picture 3 and 4 the reds and blues are so distinct. Even in #5 the distance blur across the top actually desaturates into bluish grey instead of just fuzzier tan.

With the other shots I could have understood what you mean, but I'm not seeing that here. THe textures look much crisper than anything in Origins.panamakira wrote...
I have to be honest in that the game doesn't look as "pretty" and "improved" as I thought they were going to make it from Origins. I mean if anything, I don't see the improvements on textures. In color yes, but everything is starting to look/ mesh together.

What do you mean by "mesh together"?

It looks too sci-fi.
I think I'll just stick to playing through DAO a million times. They've deviated too much from my taste. I loved the stereotypical medieval fantasy setting.

I'll probably regret this but what does "too sci-fi" mean exactly?Riloux wrote...

Well I would at least try the demo you may like it and it's free. I know it's probley not your taste anymore but I used to hate anime and now that I gave it another try I found out some of it has great plots, action and grapics. Mind Elaborateing on what makes it sci-fi? I'm curious to know.

why do i feel lack of knowledge in the bolded partsRiloux wrote...
The landscape looks post-apocalyptic. The abilities look like lasers. That's what I mean by sci-fi.
1.thats the only part like that so far(excluding deep roads) and is escaping lothering which problably is on the mountains from what i got at the pax demo
2.thats because the screenshot captured the motion of throwing the fireball, its the same as in da2 only with one hand and more detailed
