I was looking over the DLC page here just to see if there was any new DLC coming out soon and saw that there was an Alternate Appearance Pack 2 that had been out for some time. When looking at the DLC page in Mass Effect 2 the pack does not show up. Anyone know if this is a bug or there was a certain date you could only download this on?

Remember Bioware employess have to get into work before they release it. It will probably be up after 9:00AM CET. If I had to guess maybe around 1:00PM EST

Some concern here. The Pack doesn't appear on the Xbox Live Marketplace where I live (Asia, specifically the Philippines). When I load up the game however, it appears on the Cerberus Network. But it refuses to download whenever I click on it, stating "there are no items available for purchase").

Pls. Can someone tell me what is going on?

It's been out since the morning of the 8th on the 360. It was just late for the PC.

I downloaded the appearance pack just a few minutes ago, but I never recieved an in game notification or unread message at the private terminal. When I try and select a team member from the team status menu before a mission I don't have an option to change Miranda's costume. Do I have to have Grunt and Tali already recruited for the pack to trigger in game?

Since downloading this DLC, I can no longer do the paragon response on Thane's Loyalty mission when the random tech stops you at the end of following Kelham. After that, the game gets stuck on a cutscene of talking to that guy. I had to use the renegade interrupt to get through that mission after 4 tries and having to restart my game each time.

I'm in Hong Kong, having the same problem where the pack is listed in Cerberus network and "Nothing to download" when pressed.

Please if tech support can at least drop a note even if just to say it is retracted for update or whatnot, or even if a "its xbox live's problem" note, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Look forward to Tali, Grunt and Miranda's armor looking awesome.

I just downloaded it and now disc one won't read. It just says play DVD in guide and when I insert disc 1 at the prompt in game, it just says I didn't insert it. What can I do to fix this?

I'd like to ask, are you having difficulty playing other media? Like DVD's, CD's? Can you play other games?
Are you having any issues with saved media on your HD?

now i'm scared I downloaded the pack but havent got to use it yet been too busy with dragon age 2 and after reading this problems with it I'm almost afraid to check

^ I've gotten all ME2 DLC with no issues and everything installed on my HD.

Sometimes you can have a memory cache issue, but now that is easy to handle.

The question is, are any other games or media being impacted by the disc read issue? Because there can be an issue with the Xbox itself.

The consoles are notorious for the disc player and HD's to have errors from time to time, and have had a history of failures in the earlier generations especially.

Firstly, not stupid, it's an obscure tool that's available.
