Anyway, as the title says, I can not use any spells; when I try to activate a sustained ability it says can not use this ability, the same goes for all my spells EXCEPT my pet summoning spells ( I am a ranger). So spells such as scatter shot and cripple shot do not work, as well as scatter shot.
This seems to be only happening to me, not my allies.
I did download a mod, called the Confederacy of Malkulth, and it showed up there (the bug). I assumed it was the areas itself, I beat the mod and pulled out, thinking it would fix it.
It did not.
Since then I deleted the mod, removed all armor and buffs, and still the bug is there. Need some backup on this one right quick.
Also, I can not auto attack. I have to keep clicking in order to keep shooting arrows.
