Fomr the back of the Collectors Edition Box:

Exclusive in-game Collectors' Edition weapon and armor

According to my dictionary, and every other dictionary, it should have remained exclusive to the CE, and not even been part of the DD edition from Steam, nor the general release edition for PS3.

Seeing EA can't even understand what the word exclusive means, you can bet your ass I wont be paying the extra for Collectors or Deluxe editions of EA titles ever again. In fact, I might take this up with our Department of Fair Trading tomorrow.

Will make them think twice before pulling similar stunts with ME3.

Here i thought i got the collector armour and dragon armour on ps3 cause it ported over from my xbox one via EA account... sighzor, so everyone gets this?
