I am trying to create whole new set of armor and weapon, but I have been told to extract mmh file from tool then to 3d max (using Eshme's tool) Does anybody know?

File->Save All. You'll likely want to save out the LOD2 and LOD3 models as well. You can enable viewing those via Options->Toggle LOD Mode.
