"This is an action-adventure role-playing game in which players assume the role of a warrior who completes quests in a mythical land. Players use swords, bows and arrows, and magical spells (e.g., fireballs, energy beams) to defeat human-like enemies and fantasy creatures (e.g., giant spiders, demons, ogres, golems). Attacks are often accompanied by slashing sounds, large explosions, and cries of pain. Blood splatter effects occur when enemies are hit, and damage sometimes results in dismemberment or decapitation—blood stains and body parts occasionally appear in the environment. In one cutscene, a man's severed head is held up then tossed to the ground. During the course of the game, characters sometimes engage in sexual dialogue (e.g., "Why is it always about sex with you?" and "Sailing is like sex. Do it wrong, and it'll make you sick."). Players can also initiate brief cutscene sequences in which couples (male-female or same-sex) are shown kissing and embracing one another in a bedroom as the screen fades to black. In one cutscene, a woman kneels in front of a male character and appears to perform fellatio—there is no depiction of the sex act; the camera pans out to the rest of the room. The words "a*s," "bastard," and "sh*t" appear in dialogue."

Damn, this game isn't going to be as tamed as i thought. It's great that that the blood, profanity and sex hasn't been watered down for 12 year olds.

kinda surprised there' no 'partial nudity' with all the whining some people do. Probably also means there's no desire demons this time around. Or they got such a re-design they're now fully clothed in a manner far more so then Isabella is. That's usually not wrapped up in 'Sexual Content' but if anyone's shown in undies or has some ass-cheeks hanging out.

Did you ever read the ESRB description of ME2? It's hilarious. Until then I never knew such things as "space furniture" and "space blouses" qualified as rating content. 

Anyways, I'm amused by the suggested fellatio depiction. Will that be a first in video game history? I can almost hear FOX News sharpening their knives.

Sorry dude not to quibble but you spelled it wrong it is FAUX News. Concerning FAUX News if it was me i would not even have an advertisment budget i would just put in some questionable content and then leak/slip a copy to some foamer at FAUX and let them sell the game for me.

I am totally against sexual content in games..it's puerile cartoon voyeurism .We know that age certification is circumvented and thus totally unhealthy for young minds.

I want my sons to be educating themselves the old fashion way....I've placed several new softporn magazines under the bed for them to find...rather than have them whack one off at cartoons onscreen that they zoom around with camera angles at a cartoon crotch.

None of my children played DAO...due to the levels of homosexuality.Not that I have anything against an individuals sexuality...simply it has no place in a game.

What next Sonic adventures in mushroom land performing fallatio on Tails....

An embrace and the scene going to a dark screen was adaquate enough for a game.
