I'm hoping the sex scenes are scored by Richard Wagner with Hawke pounding away to the roar of ride of the valkyries while the lady screams out like brunhild herself and thunder and lightning rage in the background. The bed breaks, floor boards break and the house falls down and Hawke and miss right now are revealed in all their sweaty glory to the cheering crowds of Kirkwall who thus decide they have found their champion.

Not certain that'll happen though.

I would not be surprised if they are never shown in underwear. Now that everyone has their own distinct outfit and body shape, it would require double the effort to give love interests a half-naked appearance. All for what amounts to seconds of animation in an entire game. My expectation is something closer to ME2 at best.
