I would like to know if the patch help restore the corrupt game save, I still have it on my hard drive and I don't want to delete it and the patch restore the data.....

I don't think so, this will only prevent future save corruptions.

Nope, no patch, hence the ill feelings in this forum towards Bioware as of late.
