 I need help.
  • I took out the first crimelord of the Han system of the Gemini sigma cluster.
  • I traveled to the dis system of the hades gamma cluster.
  • I traveled to klensal of the dis system of the hades gamma cluster.
  • There is one mine on klensal.
  • On the left hall inside the mine/syndicate hideout there is a huge metal plug with blue lights crossing it blocking my progress down into the mine.
  • There is no crimelord in the mine(crime syndicate hideout) I can reach.

Hmm... the crimelord should have been in the main mine chamber, neat the back, where that plug you mention is close to.

You should have fought some enemies in that main chamber.

Are you on 360 or PC?

Yes, the crime lord is in the main chamber. Perhaps you killed him but didn't notice the mission update?

I have looked over the mission update many times. It has not changed.

Have you left the mine after clearing it of foes. Likely the mission didn't update but will if you leave the specific area. If you are positive you killed everyone in there, then either you succeeded the mission, or you have a bug of some sorts.

I cleared the mine(as far as I could) of enemies. I left the mine.

Did you use biotics? Are there any enemies showing up on the Radar?

You can try returning to the Normandy and then landing back on the planet. There could be a chance that a physics attack threw an enemy off of the level, preventing a log update.

I hope you have a recent save before landing there that you can use, in case that does not help update the log.

Never mind. It looks like the game told me that I hit the wrong crime syndicate boss. I took out the first crime syndicate boss the game told me I had already eliminated while wondering the galaxy. I can continue the assignment now. Thank all of you for your help.
