There's no native support.
There's a modified coalesced.ini somewhere on these forums. I'm afraid I don't have a link handy, but if you use the search I bet you can find it.
Alternatively, use an emulator program like Joy2Key. If you're willing to pay, I'd recommend Xpadder for 360 controllers.
