After having some talks with EA they told me that i was granted DLC access right on.

when i start the game and login the CB network there appears 9 new "items". Now i dont know how it works: does it mean that i have the DLC content in place so to speak ?

Dont i have to download anything ?

I started a new game but i dont thk i have the options to use the new items until several levels and overall gameprogression so i cannot realy determinate if i have the things.

Click profile on the left of this box. Then "registered game promotions" you'll see a list of all your DLC with download links.
