I hope Bioware includes this option right after Shepard's face creation,

I was stating an observation. I wasn't implying that there should be obese ppl in the game or that Shepard should have the option to be fat.

AFAIK, all male humanoids in ME use the same body model. It saves time and money. If this feature could be implemented without sacrificing other more important areas, I'm all game, it'd add some variation to the characters. But it's a minor niggle.

Slender for + 20% storm speed - 10% Health

Athletic for + 10 % storm speed - 5% health

Average for no bonuses or negatives

Muscular for + 10% health - 10% storm speed

Bodybuilder for + 20% health - 20% storm speed

Why would athletic have less storm speed than slender?

Because muscle weighs more than fat

I think this may just be very difficult to do because of all the Shepards already created. Not sure how they're going to work the Character Creator into ME3, since in ME2 it was easy...you were dead.

I'm fine w/ shep being as is. I don't need a supermodel body to be a leader of my crew.

I think some of those options are very much the same, the difference I think would be so slight it wouldn't be worth rendering. Also a male body builder is very different from a female one (that is if you want her to still be attractive to the general public) so you'd have to double the work on each of these for male and female, plus the fact that 'body builders' is a large range of looks from Arnold Schwarzenegger back in his Mr. Universe days to some of the hormone-pumping nasty folks you see today.



I think I'd rather them put the work they would need for something like this into more armor, collapsible helmets, a few more side missions, or some party customizations.
