How do you know the 4th one won't just be Mandatory? Just because it says what it says doesn't mean it's a bonus, could be you're going to get it anyway

Aye, same here. About a certain... "chair" if you will. That caught me by surprise. Although it can totally be something different. We'll see.
While it's not completely clear, I believe that the "objective" is what the achievement suggestes.

Very interesting list. As is the case with every BioWare game, the achievements seem easy enough but are time-consuming; that is, they require multiple playthrough's to unlock. I know I will get busy this summer!

Mandatory or not, knowing this now is definately a spoiler, IMO.

The one thing that upset me was the number of possible party members...or am I just reading that wrong because the number seems a bit off to me.

Wooohooooooo, achievements! Looking promising! I don't know if the 4th is *that* spoilerific, there's a trailer that kinda hints at it, no? As for Full House, methinks that you just need that certain amount to get the achievement, but that's not the maximum number you can get.

It's only concerning optional companions not forced (ie varric and bethany/carver are excluded from the number.)

No, the romance achievements are not character specific like in DA:O.

Its not too spoilerific- really you could guess much from simply knowing Hawke is champion of Kirkwall. But really, so many of those are so lame- I mean you get an achievement for flirting now? Or by simply switching from day to night? I eagerly await the achievement for installing the game!
And reading some makes me more curious just how limited exploration
is going to be outside of Kirkwall- it would seem we will indeed be
going to various caves and the Deep Roads a decent amount.
Other thoughts (maybe spoilery?)
*Only 4 Brother Genitivi codex entries? Or at least 4 on the Chantry...
*Seems we'll be going against a HIgh Dragon, Pride Demon, Varterral and an "undying terror" (some kind of possessed person/demon thing?)

Undying terror? Couldn't that be Flemeth?

Aveline is forced as you meet her in Lothering...and Sebastian is DLC, so he isn't accounted for...though you may get some extra achievements added for completing his quests n such.

I think individual romance achievements are filed under secret. I really don't believe this is a full list. /my opinion
