I too was expecting them to give everyone hugs and teach everyone about the magic of nature and how rainbows shine on us all, good or bad. And I was sure Sovereign was made out of chocolate and would shoot caramel syrup but was shocked to see it cause so much destruction.

No! You don't know the full story! Vigil lied to you about the Reapers they are really known as the Fuffy Time Bears and their mission is to bring salvation throught destruction. But only destruction of our cities and technology as all advance life forms are taken to Omega 7 a system filled with planets of endless paradise where conflict will be known as a thing of the past and resources are infinite.



Reapers are just bad really at communicating their feelings is all.
