Hey guys,
For a campaign I'm working on I need a Twig Blight creature. (http://marq.wikispaces.com/twig+blight)
As you can see, it's essentially a small treant without the branches up around its head. My question: Is it possible to take the treant and edit it to remove the branches? If so, how arduous a process would it be?
Thanks.

If you have Gmax or 3ds Max, and the Tazpn plugin its pretty simple process, that is if you know how to edit models.

I'm installing Gmax now. I've been meaning to become a productive sort of person anyway.
By the way, when can we get horseback riding? I need a few mounted NPCs for a cutscene.

I'm working on it. My problem is, I get distracted real easy. Working on one thing for any length of time gets boring and frustrating to me so I have to switch around. This slows me down considerably.

No worries. I understand it's a fairly massive project. I really just need to be able to put a few NPCs on horses and have them ride up, talk to the PC, and ride away--nothing fancy like combat or mounting/dismounting.
It looks like Gmax will be a fun little project. We'll see what I can't come up with. Thanks.
