Dem's fightin' werds!
But eh. I guess our wishes match up, if for completely disparate reasons.

I too hope he's not TOO different! This is probably a bad example to use but I remember back when the character Owen was introduced to the Grey's Anatomy t.v. show. Everyone loved him because he was this bada** army trauma surgeon with unorthodox methods, and he was just this cool dude. A couple episodes later he returned as a series regular, only the writers gave him PTSD and changed his whole personality. He went from Dr. Awesome to tortured, angsty guy. Lots of his fans didn't like the changes (including myself).Brockololly wrote...

If Anders is now possessed by a spirit, I hope his own personality hasn't been completely obliterated...that would just be cruel to bring him back totally different. =(
And thats exactly why BioWare will do it. They looooove those tears!
Or Justice can fall in love with Hawke himseeeeeeeeeeeeelf.Miri1984 wrote...
Now, Anders isn't dead, but possibly saved by Justice depending on the ending you get. If this is the way DG deals with the epilogue I bow to him. Despite his evilness. Because it is pure genius. And I hope Justice doesn't mind if I still romance Anders. (surely he can shut his mental eyes and go lalalalala??)

I don’t know whether to be disheartened by David Gaider’s comment, or excited about it.
Aweeee...he can't be that different, otherwise he wouldn't be Anders...right?
You give this one hope.
I think it was the wedding (if your PC married Alistair) that was six months after the blight. I always had the impression that Awakening was closer to a year afterwardsRompa87 wrote...

If his dialogue changes to depending on the choices you made in Awakening, (and Awakening is a few months after the end of the blight) how can he be one of the first companions you meet when you get to Kirkwall...? Isn't Kirkwall right after you flee Lothering...am I missing something?
I think Awakening is supposed to be six months after the blight, so... yeah. I'm confused aswell
The image of the little bits of Anders lying around in his mind nudging Justice on is so cute. Like, "Go on, you! Tell her you think she's got pretty eyes! Come on; I know you want to!"Miri1984 wrote...
@Calla S I like that idea. Justice is one of my favourites as well. Luckily, I can't see Anders objecting much to his body being used as a vessel for leerrve

You mean immature (although I disagree.) Anders isn't the premature type, I think.AlexXIV wrote...
I don't think Justice/Anders will be happening. Especially since he need not be dead, and Justice probably wouldn't possess a living person. Anyway, I'd hope he matured a bit. If I hear any of his premature banter again he'll die in DA2 again.

Unless Miri's theory is correct, and Anders is in fact inhabited by Justice's spirit...aye karumbah...that would be ethereally surreal
No one said that they were wiped from the face of the planet, just that the PC wasn't going to be in DA2.MrDizaztar wrote...
so yea. We get a Grey Warden companion. And I thought we were trying to seperate Hawke from the Wardens
