Yes, but will it be Justice using Anders body, meaning Anders won’t be Anders--he’ll be Justice who looks like Anders.
Or will be it be Anders featuring Justice commentary.
Anders: Gee, I really want to spend the night with you…(Justice breaks in: No, we have plans!)

I'm sorry for you. I really don't care about it (hell, even if someone spoilers me the end of the game, I'm not going to care much) but I can understand how you can feel it.
That said, I hope that the main personality remains the Anders one. If he's been completely changed, I'm surely don't going to take him in the party. The other one is too extreme in his beliefs. Howewer I don0t think they're going to completely change him.

it think it would be handled similarly to the little girl and the guardian on jade empire.
