No, because that would be silly when you already have an established character.

Nothing to get excited about - I always give Anders to the templars in Awakening, and I most certainly won't be taking him into my party in DA2

Well, in the space of 3 pages I went from to  to . I loved Anders in Awakening, so I'm going to hold on to the momentary happiness I felt upon learning he's returning and try to ignore that hesitation that followed reading the 'massive spoiler' if only because it's one of the few things I've seen that truly got me a bit excited to play the game.

How can we take the save transfer seriously...if a dead character is one of our companions...I mean there really is only one way to interpret the dead anders ending...

...a little MORE concerned now that choices / outcomes from DA:O and it's additions now look like being nullified or changed for ease of story...



...back to being cautiously optimistic again....my interest / excitement in this game is a god damn roller coaster.

This is so whack.Anders was like cornier version of Alistar.My warden killed him in Awakening and now i guess my hawke will have to kill his waste of space behind in da2.Way to go bioware on wasting a character slot.

While it might be a troubling time for some die-hard Anders fans, I can't help but think what an incredibly intriguing and luscious 'spanner in the works' this has turned out to be. He's going to be even more moreish now.

From the Greywardens.com article it sounds like Anders is completely himself and Justice (or whatever the spirit is) "takes over" when it wants to say something. That's just how I understood it anyway.
