I just adore the idea that Justice is going to stop Anders from being the dandy that he always wanted to be. It's going to be so much fun.

I have...mixed feelings about all this. If it's still Anders, just with the spirit inside him like Wynne, then I'm fine, but if it's just Justice in Anders' body? Meh, not my thing. As long as Anders is still in there somewhere I'm happy.

Yeah :/ Hopefully he'll be a bit more like his old self. Non-whiny Alistair would be fantastic. Makes jokes but doesn't have a hissy fit about everything you do.

A spirit "possession" has never been done before. For all we know Anders could share the body.

"early in the game" can easily mean after Awakening, considering the timeskips. It's ten years, remember?

Anders: A note to the wise, Hawke; never live with friends. You think you get along well enough but when it comes time to make the move, next thing you know you're in cramped quarters and he's wearing your clothes and eating your food and, well, the relationship suffers.

I'm guessing there's a time skip after the Hawkes flee Ferelden, and we pick up the story in Kirkwall after the events of Awakening.

And, Anders did a good bit of whining about the Tower.  Just sayin'.
