and sebastian is a bonus dlc, not part of vanilla game

No,   This is typical unconfirmed rumor at this point...   just like the "Fenris is a Mage" rumor for a couple of months ago.

Never had a doubt about him appearing after that image from the dev diary. Seems like I'll have a 3 mage 1 rouge party.
