So I finished the first ME1 twice. both lvl 36.
But I can only
import one ME1 character. My first played shepard is written in green
and I can load him. My second Shepard is in orange and I can't choose
her. I even replayed the last save file with my female shepard and now I
have two female shepards in the character importer, neither I can use. And I always waited for the credits to end.

Please help, what can I do?

Use the d-pad to select which file you want to import.
