Hi Everyone!
I know, regeneration is not a new topic at all, but I think I pretty much glanced at all the older threads and didn't find a satisfying answer to the following question.
About Regeneration at Dragon Age Wiki it says for example:
+1/+2 health regeneration in combat (here: Dalish Promise Ring)
What does the second value (here the "2") mean?
Is it regeneration while exploring or what?
If so the term "in combat" used by Wiki is confusing.
What confuses me even more in this matter is the item "Lifegiver"
There it says:
+3/+6 health regeneration in combat AND THEN
+10 health regeneration while exploring....
Can anyone help me out here?
Regeneration stats - confusing...

Its how much health you regenerate a second while you are or arent in combat, depending on what it says. Im pretty sure the first value is how much you get on pc and the second is console. Combat is while you are battling, ie you and party members have weapons drawn. Everything else is exploring.
Hope this helps

I guess it depends on either PC/console or Origins/Awakening.

The lower value is for PC versions of the game. The higher value is for console versions.

More accuratly the console versions are made easier, sinc eon colsoles most stats bonuses are x2.

I don't really understand why they did that. I've never played the xbox version, but I can imagine your stam regen for example is much too high. I don't have stam/mana problems as it is on the PC, so doubling regen seems unnecessary and just a bit insane.

Well I think its obvious console players are not as patient and sophisticated as us pc users is why.

Now that you mention it I do feel my IQ suddenly dropping when I turn on my xbox and rising back up to normal levels when I turn it off. I also randomly shout "ARE WE THERE YET?" while playing xbox games.
