basically all I want to change is removing the global cooldowns, and increase the cooldown of all powers to be just like that in the original mass effect. How would I do this?
how would I mod mass effect 2 to be more like mass effect 1

google mass effect 2 tweaks. I believe there is a way to do this, but it's not very simple and involves modifying and adding/removing lines of code.
